What size/format are the calendars?
These are A4 landscape calendars, which open and hang as an A3 size. They are professionally printed, with a small hole from which to hang, and are stapled at the fold. One month per page, covering 2027.
When will I receive my calendar?
Once orders are received by 22nd November 2026, we will confirm quantity with our printer, and send out by courier will begin as soon as we have the calendars a week or so later. You / your recipient should have the calendar by early-mid December, in time for Christmas.
How can I order/pay?
Ordering is through this shopify website. It is promoted on the OrganicNZ website and the Soil & Health NZ website, then the ordering links bring you here.
You can pay by the usual Shopify options, including Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer is the preferred method to avoid the extra we get charged to process CC payments, meaning less is donated to Soil & Health NZ.
How much is postage?
When you go to the cart and put in your address you will be able to select from the following postage options. NOTE - send out will only commence after printing at the end of November.
$10 Economy (tracked, delivered to letterbox, 3 working days)
$12 Courier (tracked, delivered to door or preferred delivery spot, next working day)
$15.50 Rural Economy
$17.50 Rural Courier
FREE Pick-up (from Tikitere Rotorua) - Rotorua locals ONLY. Use code FREEPICKUP
Shipping note: please ensure you select the correct courier option (rural or not), and use an address that can receive a courier delivery (usually not a PO Box) that is dry and fits a card envelope measuring 255 x 325mm. If you need to give additional courier instructions please use the contact form and include details of the order you placed.
Incorrectly addressed orders require a lot admin and correspondence before we can post them out.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes - these are pre-order, so we can accommodate. If you want to make a significant order, we may be able to arrange a special price - please use the contact form to enquire.
Why is the Bank Account for 'Saucy Hot Design'?
The calendar fundraiser is again this year is being organised again by Claire Flynn, Owner of Saucy Hot Design, on behalf of Soil & Health NZ (see FAQ point below for more details).
In order to not take up valuable S&H administration time this year, Claire is taking care of the ordering and payment processes (through this shopify website) as well as the design, printing and send out, which means if you select Bank Transfer as your payment method, you will see the bank details are for Saucy Hot Design rather than Soil & Health NZ. She is simply using her business's spare savings account to collect the money to keep it all separate.
Claire's time is donated, and all profits (after website, CC fees, printing and courier costs are retrieved) will then be donated to Soil & Health NZ.
If you have any concerns about this please check out the FAQ point below for more about SHDesign, and feel free to contact either Claire or Soil & Health NZ / OrganicNZ.
Who is behind this Calendar Fundraiser?
Just like previous years, Claire from Saucy Hot Design is kindly taking care of everything - from collating your wonderful photo submissions and designing the calendar, to arranging printing, and packing each order for courier delivery, with assistance from Philippa, volunteering for Soil and Health NZ. Like last year, Claire has set up this online shop for easy ordering, and taking care of processing orders, allowing Soil & Health NZ to be more hands off.
Claire used to design for the ceased OrganicNZ printed magazine, and still lays out the moon calendar posted for members bi-monthly on their website.
Soil & Health NZ have given their full support to this fundraiser and are delighted to be able to receive the proceeds. Claire is committed to running this fundraiser with full transparency and care.
By pre-ordering a calendar, you’re not just getting something beautiful for your wall - you’re helping to support an organisation that does incredible work for organics in New Zealand. Check out their websites here:
